Biographical Sketch: Dawn Ramsburg is a Child Care Program Specialist at the Office of Child Care. Dr. Ramsburg serves as liason to Regional Offices (including Region I), perfprms CCDF Plan review and has over sight of the EHS/FCC project. Prior to joining OCC she was a Society for Research in Child Development Fellow and worked in a variety of roles within the IL CCR&R system. Dr. Ramsburg has conducted research on child care supply and demand, child care workforce issues, child care market rates, and license exempt care.
